  Military Programs

Air Force Back

  • Replaced motion system, control loading, intercom and integrated new visual system for USAF SOF TH-53A.
  • Designed, manufactured and installed full scale replica of C-17 Flight Station including all primary and secondary controls and complete set of electronic flight control panels actuators and sensors.
  • Designed and integrated replacement HPU units for USAF SOF MH-60G and MH-53J WST.
  • Designed, manufactured and installed support structures and visual components for visual upgrade on USAF SOF MH-53J, MH-60G, TH-53A and MC-130P WST’s.
  • Developed and installed C-5 CPT FMS and GPS upgrades on four devices.
  • Provided Avionics upgrades for three C-141 CPT’s.
  • Developed and installed a variety of hardware and software upgrades to KC-135 simulators.
  • Designed, manufactured and installed support structures and supported integration of visual upgrade for USAF C-130 ATS
  • Dismantled and relocated complex Aircraft Refueling Part Task Trainer (ARPTT) for USAF.
  • Installed KC-135 VUE Visual System Kits on 19 devices, worldwide for USAF.
  • Dismantled and relocated B2 MT Training device.

Navy Programs Back

  • Re-engineered complete data package and relocated US Navy Tower Operator Training System (TOTS 15G32).
  • Relocated and upgraded E-6A FFS and FBS for US Navy.
  • Replaced F-14 WST control loading system for US Navy.
  • Installed and integrated visual system upgrades for SH-60 CVS program for US Navy.
  • Developed TCAS for three USMC KC-130P simulators
  • BSC installed new visual packages on the P3 Flight Simulation Programs for the Navy.
  • Installed BSC TCAS on three USMC KC-130P FFS.
  • BSC completed the disassembly of the T-2C full flight simulator complex and its associated equipment at Meridian Naval Air Station.
  • Installed and integrated visual system upgrade on CH-53D for USMC.

Army Back

  • Designed, manufactured and installed support structures and supported integration of visual upgrade on US Army MH-47 and MH-60 WST’s.
  • Converted software to Ada and re-hosted eight US Army CH-47D FFS.
  • BSC completed the disassembly, relocation and reassembly of an
    AH-64 Apache Simulator from Ft. Rucker, AL to Marana, AZ.
  • BSC installed building modifications at Ft. Indiantown Gap, PA to prepare for the relocation of an AH-64 flight simulator from Germany.
  • BSC completed the disassembly, relocation and reassembly of an
    AH-64 Apache Simulator from Germany to Ft. Indiantown Gap, PA.
  • BSC provided highly skilled support technicians to install a new visual system on the OH-58 flight simulator at Ft. Rucker, AL.
AGSS II:
Advanced Generation Simulator System II

AGSS II Back

  • Generation II of the Advanced Generation Simulator System II (AGSS II) was introduced at the Army Aviation Association of America (Quad A) National Convention in May 2005. Development includes state of the art computing, visual system hardware and software upgrades and expanded training capabilities. Additionally, BSC will offer the AGSS II in a transportable containerized model.

SBIR Programs Back

  • BSC is currently working with PMA 205 on a Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract for the Navy to produce the Prototype Aircrew Virtual Environment Trainer (PAVET). Delivery of the PAVET device to NAS Norfolk is scheduled for July of 2008.
  • BSC was awarded a Phase III contract to build the first Aircrew Virtual Environment Trainer (AVET) for the U.S. Navy.
